Everything payroll touches, in one system

Access EasyPay covers payroll, leave, costing and human resources. Access EasyTime adds time and attendance from your access readers, and the Access E-Portal puts leave, claims and payslips in your employees' hands. Every module works from the same employee record.

How it fits together

The reason to run them together

Each module is useful on its own. The saving comes from the joins between them — the places where data would otherwise be re-keyed, and where re-keying is where errors get into payroll.

Approval reaches the pay run

A leave application approved in the Access E-Portal updates the back-end Leave module automatically, and a no-pay leave application links through to Payroll for deduction.

Clockings become paid hours

Access EasyTime reads your access hardware and applies your overtime rules — normal, flat rate, rounding — for supervisor approval before the hours reach payroll.

One source of employee data

Time and attendance reports come out of Access EasyPay against the same employee master as your payslips, so headcount and cost reporting agree with each other.

Coverage

Seven jurisdictions, one platform

If your group employs beyond Malaysia, the software stays compliant with the legislation of the markets below. Tell us which entities you run and we will confirm the fit before you commit to anything.

  • Malaysia
  • Singapore
  • Hong Kong
  • Indonesia
  • Thailand
  • Philippines
  • Brunei

Access control

Payroll data is the most sensitive data an employer holds. On top of usernames and passwords, access control ensures only authorised users reach the system — and only the parts of it they are entitled to.

Real-time updates

Legislative change is delivered to you as software updates rather than landing on your HR team as homework.

Talk to someone who has run this migration before

Tell us your headcount, your pay cycle and the system you are on today. We will show you what a switch to Access EasyPay actually looks like — timeline, data migration and parallel run included.
