To provide better business process solutions to our clients

We have worked to that philosophy for well over a decade, and we intend to keep working to it. It is deliberately unglamorous: most of the value in a payroll system is in the processes around it — the migration, the reconciliation, the reporting, the support call in week one — and that is where we spend our time.

Our clients are the reason we improve

Our clients have always been our inspiration to do things better. That is why we keep channels of communication open with them rather than putting a ticket queue between us. If something in the software is awkward for the people who use it every month, we want to hear it from them directly.

What we actually do

We implement Access EasyPay, we support it, and we market it in Malaysia. In practice that means scoping your requirements, migrating your data, configuring the system to your policies, running a parallel period against your existing process, training your team, and staying reachable afterwards — including keeping statutory rates and submission formats current as legislation changes.
